This e-commerce site offers website templates based on the Duda platform, which are customized based on the information provided by the client. Each template is adaptable to multiple professional categories and will be delivered as a complete website, ready for online publication.

The service includes:

Inserting content provided by the customer.

Placed online on a domain owned by the client or, in its absence, a custom domain selected by the agency will be provided.

2. Purchase methods

To purchase a template, the user will have to:

Select the desired design

Fill out the form with the required information

Make payment using the available methods

Once the order is received, the customization process will begin. The customer will receive a confirmation email with details and delivery times.

3. Personalization and content

The template is customized based on the information and materials provided by the client. If the text content is missing, we will draft text consistent with the client's identity and industry.

The customer undertakes to:

Provide content, images and materials that comply with current regulations

Review and approve drafts within agreed timeframes

4. Delivery

Standard delivery times are 5 to 10 business days from receipt of all materials and necessary information. In the event of delays attributable to the customer (e.g., missing materials), delivery times may be subject to change.

5. Copyright and Licenses

All templates are based on structures available through the Duda platform. Graphic, text, and structural customization are handled by our agency.

The customer has the right to exclusive use of the customized site, but may not resell, duplicate, or redistribute the template or its components without authorization.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Since this is not a standard digital product, but a customized service, there is no right of withdrawal once the customization process has begun.

Any cancellation requests must be received before processing begins. In this case, a partial refund, minus a processing fee, may be issued.

7. Limitation of liability

While we take the utmost care in creating this site, we cannot be held responsible for:

Malfunctions related to servers, hosting or third parties

Incorrect content provided by the customer

Improper use of the site by the end user
